Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During high-demand periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier services and location.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

From time to time, AWSM Perfumes may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or campaigns.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your package in real time.


Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier operational delays

  • Incorrect shipping information

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

AWSM Perfumes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging at:
